The most impressive yet...

This is my favourite so far, very pleased with myself.  All sugar flowers and pleats to match the brides dress.

Pleated Wedding Cake

You never really appreciate how many potholes there are in the road until you have boot full of wedding cake! This is a very elegant white chocolate pleated wedding cake.  The cake inside is red velvet cake and the sugar flowers are to compliment the brides bouquet.  White roses and blue Agapanthus modeled in a very English country garden fashion.
